Wardrobes in Penrith

Custom wardrobes for Penrith homes

Penrith is the edge of our area: 1960s to 80s brick homes on big blocks, apartments around the CBD, and new estates on all sides.

Penrith 2750

Wardrobes for Penrith homes

Penrith is about 20 km from our Blacktown factory, which is as far as we go, and it is worth going. The established streets of Penrith, South Penrith, Kingswood and Cambridge Park are 1960s to 1980s brick-veneer homes on large blocks, three and four bedrooms, 2.4 metre ceilings and original wardrobes in most of the bedrooms. Around the CBD are apartments and townhouses, and on the edges are the newer estates with walk-ins and 2.7 metre ceilings.

In the established homes, the job is replacing the original robe with a floor-to-ceiling sliding or hinged robe made to the recess, with internals that use the height. In the newer estate homes it is finishing the builder walk-in. In the apartments it is a full-wall sliding robe for a compact bedroom.

Because Penrith is at the edge of our area, we try to group consults and installs there, so there may be a little more lead time on scheduling than for suburbs closer to the factory. We tell you at the consult.

Questions from Penrith homeowners

Anything else? Ask your designer at your onsite consult.

Is Penrith inside your service area?

Yes, just. Penrith is about 20 km from our Blacktown factory, which is the edge of the area we cover. Suburbs beyond it, such as Glenmore Park and the Blue Mountains, are outside it.

Does the distance add to the cost?

The quote is for the wardrobe, not the drive. We group Penrith jobs together where we can to keep travel efficient, and any effect on scheduling is explained at the consult.

Do you do the new estates around Penrith?

Jordan Springs and Cranebrook are inside the 20 km radius and we service them. Glenmore Park is just outside it.
