Wardrobes for Baulkham Hills homes
Baulkham Hills was built mostly between the late 1960s and the 1980s: brick-veneer and full-brick family homes, single and split-level, on blocks large enough that many have been extended at the back or had a second storey added. The streets are established, the gardens are mature, and the houses have been through at least one round of renovation.
The wardrobes often have not. It is common to find a renovated kitchen and bathroom and, in the bedrooms, the original 1970s robe with its floor-track doors and single rail. Replacing those with floor-to-ceiling sliding or hinged robes in a finish that matches the renovation, with internals that use the height, is the main job here.
Where a second storey or rear extension has added a new main bedroom, there is usually room for a walk-in, and those are designed from scratch to the new space.

Questions from Baulkham Hills homeowners
Anything else? Ask your designer at your onsite consult.
Our wardrobe recess is not square because the house has settled. Can you still fit a built-in?
Yes. Out-of-square walls are normal in homes of this age. Everything is measured onsite and the cabinetry is scribed to the walls, so the gaps that a modular robe would leave are designed out.
Can you fit wardrobes upstairs in a second-storey addition?
Yes. The only thing to allow for is carrying the panels up the stairs on install day, which the designer checks at the consult.
How far is Baulkham Hills from your factory?
About 8 km.
